3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content (if we have contact information) that the content has been removed.
- Provide the user with information on how to file a counter-notice.
- Terminate repeat infringers - Users who repeatedly violate copyright may have their access terminated.
4. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material - The specific URL(s) of the content removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury - "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
- Your contact information - Name, address, telephone number, email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction - "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Royal Calc may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice."
- Your electronic or physical signature - Type your full name.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Royal Calc maintains a strict repeat infringer policy:
- Users who receive two or more valid DMCA notices may have their access terminated.
- We track repeat infringers using email addresses and IP addresses where available.
- Since our service does not require user accounts, we reserve the right to block IP addresses of repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentations and False Claims
Please ensure your DMCA notice is accurate and made in good faith. Submitting false claims may result in legal liability.

8. Limitations for Calculator Websites

- Input data is processed in real-time and not stored.
- We cannot retrieve data after it is processed.
- For time-sensitive takedown requests, please notify us as soon as possible.
- We may not be able to take action on a DMCA notice if the data has already been processed.
9. International Copyright Notices
While the DMCA is a United States law, Royal Calc respects international copyright laws. Copyright owners outside the United States may submit notices using the same process, though legal remedies may vary by jurisdiction.
